Great to have 25m swimming pool in house. The breakfast was excelent.

It's a pity they do not accept the towel vouchers at the beach and you need to have deposit for 4000 ft for each one. The service on the beach could be also better and at least clean the sun beds. Maybe in full season, they are more attentive.

This place is conveniently located near the airport, making it a great spot for a trip to Balatonalmádi - would definitely return and recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in a beautiful area of Balaton was perfect for us. We loved having access to the secluded private beach, which made us feel safe and relaxed. The hotel's food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious options. The pool was a great size and the addition of water toys and swimming jackets made it even more enjoyable, especially for our kids. The views from the higher floors were stunning, overlooking the lake. It was truly a memorable experience.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The staff give me 2nd floor room, anyway the view is blocked by the tree, they should arrange the higher floor.

Location is pleasant.

The room is outfitted with cheap, communist style, old and uncomfortable furniture. The bed is less than two feet off the floor and is uncomfortable. Upon arrival our room was extremely hot, window would not open only three inches, no fan available. Next day we signed declaration to allow maintenance folks adjust the window and it could be opened fully. Staff is young, inexperienced and not geared towards customer service. We were not greated upon arrrival. This hotel is clearely not the quality one would expect from a Ramada.

We stayed with our friends and had a blast. The nearby private beach was so cool and we played beach volleyball all day. Plus, there was free wifi, so we could post all our epic beach pics. The children's playground was a big hit too, even though we're not really kids anymore. it was the perfect spot for young people like us to have fun and chill.

The only thing we wished for was a happening party scene. We're young and love to party, so it would've been even more amazing if there were some cool parties or events for us to attend.

Perfect staff. There was no question what they would no answere. If we had any problem they solved it. Food was okay and rooms also. I would recomend to everybody to go there if they looking for carrying people.

Only thing what we would prefer to change is the bathroom. We think that is not a 4 * hotel style. That was the only thing what we did not like that much but was okay. Except that everything was just fine.

Great amenities with a private beach close by and a 25m lap pool for exercise. The dinner buffet was plentiful and the staff at the restaurant were friendly. The fitness center had decent equipment including free weights and cardio machines.

The elevators were small and tricky to use. No views from certain rooms, and some of the bed coverings seemed old.

Definitely not a 4* hotel.. Same breakfast every day, cold eggs, no hot water for tea, no small spoons for mixing sugar coffee, windows can be opened only 10cm, had only one bathrobe instead of two and no slippers. Very expensive for offered conditions.

Spa area very good , views excellent from upper floor , a la carte dinner menu very good . Clean hotel .
